VICEROY Scholars Initiative
VICEROY is a mission-focused cyber and electromagnetic spectrum leadership development pathway designed to move students and early-career professionals from foundational skills into real mission work. The program strengthens defense readiness by expanding the pipeline of mission-capable, job-ready talent prepared to contribute on day one within the Department of War and critical national security industries.
Through immersive learning, applied competitions, and paid internships, VICEROY increases both the scale and quality of cyber-spectrum professionals entering the defense workforce.
