Welcome to the RI Intern Summer Internship Program page! Here, we offer college and university students the opportunity to delve into cutting-edge research at the Information Directorate of the Air Force Research Laboratory.
Key Features:
- Paid Internship: Gain valuable experience with a paid internship at the forefront of research and innovation.
- Diverse Research Topics: Explore a variety of research areas, including Data Efficient Machine Learning, IoT, Neuromorphic Computing, and Quantum Information Sciences.
- Travel and Housing Assistance: Candidates living more than 50 miles from Rome, New York can benefit from traveling and housing assistance.
- Security Clearance Eligibility: Students from freshmen to Ph.D. levels are welcome, provided they are security clearance eligible.
2024 Program Details:
- Program Dates: The 2024 Summer Internship Program runs from June 3, 2024 to August 9, 2024.
- Application Cycle: The application cycle for 2024 has ended. Stay tuned for future opportunities!
- Application Deadlines: The priority deadline was January 31, 2024, with the final deadline on March 15, 2024.
- Selection Process: Selections began the first week of February 2024. All correspondence regarding applications will be made via email.
