Utica Chamber lauds Business of the Year finalists

UTICA — The Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce has selected the finalists for the organization’s 2022 Business of the Year Awards.

The winners will be announced at their annual Business of the Year Awards Luncheon, presented by Staffworks, at noon on Thursday, Dec. 8, at Hart’s Hill Inn, 135 Clinton St. in Whitesboro.

The event will feature networking opportunities, holiday music, and beverage tasting, starting at 11 a.m.

Awards will be presented to winners in five separate categories, including:

  • For-profit business with more than 50 Employees — 2022 nominees: Fountainhead Group; Indium Corporation; and Mastrovito Hyundai;
  • For-profit business with 50 employees or fewer — 2022 nominees: DBJ Wealth Management; Sentinel Media Company; and The DiGiorgio Law Firm;
  • Not-for-profit with more than 50 employees — 2022 nominees: Catholic Charities; CNYHHN; and Hospice & Palliative Care;
  • Not-for-profit with 50 employees or fewer — 2022 nominees: Abraham House; Griffiss Institute; and Utica Monday Nite (UMN); and
  • Catalyst Rising Business — 2022 nominees: Bagg’s Square Brewing Co.; Blue Truck Wine & Liquor; and Lafa Mediterranean by Zeina’s.
