Northeast Regional Defense Technology Hub (NORDTECH) Summer Internshi
Gain hands-on experience in advanced research and technology development by working with industry and academic partners on real challenges in defense, microelectronics, semiconductors, and emerging technologies. You will work directly with experts in the field and grow your technical capabilities for future career success.
Northeast Advanced Technological Education Center (NEATEC) Community College Internship
Designed for community college students, this internship integrates workforce training and professional development with applied experience in semiconductor and nanotechnology fields. Through partnerships with higher education and industry, NEATEC prepares you for high-tech careers with modern, industry-relevant skills.
National Science Foundation (NSF) Energy Storage Engine in Upstate New York Internship
These internships offer two pathways for college students:
- A stipend-paid undergraduate research experience where you work on a 10-week research project at a partner university.
- An hourly-paid industrial internship with an NSF industry partner focused on real-world applications of your studies.
Both experiences are designed to deepen your technical expertise and expand your professional network.
P3I Hawaii Internships
P3I Hawaii connects college students to a range of defense and technology-focused opportunities, including paid internships, fellowships, and research experiences with organizations like NSA, Booz Allen Hamilton, INDOPACOM, and the Department of War. These programs offer hands-on learning, mentorship, and pathways to careers in national security, engineering, and cybersecurity.
