The Griffiss Institute is excited to offer you the opportunity to purchase catered meals while attending:

HACCs PI Planning Meeting: Tuesday, April 30 - Friday, May 3  

 

We will be offering the following:

Tuesday, April 30th

Lunch:  Deli buffet with turkey, ham, roast beef, tuna salad, Swiss and American cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce, and assorted bread and condiments. Served with coleslaw and fresh fruit.

Lunch provided by A Moveable Feast.

 

Wednesday,  May 1st

Lunch:  Rosemary chicken, macaroni and cheese, roasted red potatoes, garden salad, and cookies.

Lunch provided by A Moveable Feast.

 

Thursday, May 2nd

Lunch: Chicken Parmesan, baked ziti (meatless), tossed salad, rolls and butter, and Italian pastries.

Lunch provided by A Moveable Feast.

 

Friday, May 3rd

Snacks Available


We will have a selection of yogurt, fresh fruit, and snack bars, along with fresh pastries, to be included with our snack option each morning instead of offering a separate breakfast each day. The cost will be included with the weekly snack and beverage cost of $30.

Lunch each day will be $13.00. 

If you are interested in any/all of these meals, please follow the instructions below. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase the meals and you may pick and choose which meals you would like to purchase. 

Please bring a copy of your receipt (or have your receipt available for viewing on your mobile device) to verify your purchase(s) when you arrive on Tuesday, April 30th


Instructions:

Daily Options

  • Choose a meal from the drop down list that you would like to purchase
  • Enter the name of the meal recipient into the indicated field
    • If purchasing the same meal for multiple people, separate the names with a comma.
    • Enter any dietary restrictions in the appropriate field.**
    • Click the yellow “Add to Cart” button. *
  • A new tab will open in your browser for the PayPal Checkout. Do not close this tab.
  • Click on the “more” button under the meal you have chosen to see the name(s) of the people you entered on the previous page and any dietary restrictions which you indicated. If you are purchasing meals for more than one person, please update the meal quantity to reflect the number of each meal you want to purchase.
  • To add additional meals, return to the browser tab “Event Catering/Griffiss Institute” which should still be at the top of your screen and select another meal from the dropdown, complete the required fields and click the “Add to Cart” button.
  • Repeat this process for each meal until you have finished selecting your meals for purchase.
  • Review your choices on the PayPal Checkout page. Under each selection, click “more” to review the names and dietary restrictions you entered.
  • To complete your payment:
    • If you have a PayPal account, click on the yellow PayPal Check Out button. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply click the white Check Out button.
    • Enter your payment information as requested on the next page and click the blue Pay Now button.
    • You should receive an email confirmation from PayPal which will serve as your receipt.

*Please note, the yellow “View Cart” button is not a clickable button. You can view your cart on the PayPal Checkout page.
** If you have listed a dietary restriction, we will reach out to confirm that accommodations will be made for your meal.
